Who we are.

Marshal Star Security Services is a subsidiary of Marshal Star Services Nigeria Ltd. Registered and incorporated under the Nigeria Company and Allied Matters decree Act 1990 and licensed by The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) as a provider of Security services.

With our corporate headquarters in Kaduna State, we also have branches in Abuja, Lagos, Ekiti, Owerri, Nassarawa, Osun, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Edo and Plateau state respectively. We maintain a staff strength of not less than 3000 Security professionals and can draw upon existing affiliations and partnerships in the main commercial and government centers of Nigeria, making us, undoubtedly, one of the fastest growing privately owned security outfit in the country. Our international technical partners are a huge part of the quality of service we are known for.

• Professor Aliyu Abdullahi B.Sc Hons (Chem.) M.Sc PhD FSTAN MNAL.

Professor Aliyu Abdullahi was born in Okene Kogi State, on the 30^th November 1949. He commenced Primary and then Secondary Education in Dekina Government Primary and Secondary School from 1955–1968. He then proceeded for his Undergraduate Studies in Ahmadu Bello University Zaira, having bagged an M.Sc Hons in Econs.

He proceeded to do His post graduate Studies in Northern Illinois University USA, University of Wisconsin, Madison U.S.A, and University of Reading United Kingdom.

On his return to the Country He served as the Head of Department of Curriculum Studies & Education Technology, University of Ilorin from 1981 – 1986, later as the Director Institute of Education University of Ilorin from 1986 – 1988. Having distinguished himself as an astute academician, perfectionist, well travelled individual, vast and knowledgeable in numerous disciplines, a man with a passion for Security issues, he is the past Academic Provost of the Nigeria Defense Academy (NDA), presently the pro-chancellor of Kogi State University and the Able Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marshal Star Security Services Limited.

• Csaszar Emilia Faidat (Mrs.) MSc. MIASS, MASSA, PSP.

Managing Director

Mrs Csaszar Emilia Faidat was born on the 15^th April 1970 in Yaba Lagos State, an indigene of Owan East Local Government Area (LGA) of Edo Sate. After her primary and secondary education,  she gained admission into the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, where she graduated at the top of her Class with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1998. Her desire for knowledge and her need to excel led her to pursue a post graduate certificate Course at the Drucker Institute for Entrepreneurial Management U.S.A in 2006. A widely traveled individual, attending various Security Certification programmes in the United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Malaysia, Philippines South Africa, Israel and a host of other countries. She is an active member of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS),  Association of Industrial Security and Safety Operators of Nigeria (AISSON), WECONNECT International. She has two Masters Degrees in International Affairs and Strategic Studies (MIASS) and Strategy and Security Administration (MASSA) from the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA). Her dynamism, commitment and visionary leadership has seen her been recognized by her piers in the Security Industry within and outside the Country. Her passion for knowledge has been brought to bear in the Management of Marshal Star Security Services Limited from 2002 to date. She is currently the Chairman of the Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALPSPN) Kaduna State Chapter and vice president of the national ALPSPN body. She is an Initiative for Global Development (IGD) Frontier 100 Leader. 

• Professor Mohammed .A. Mainoma MSc, PhD, FCNA, MNIM, ACTT. M.

Professor Mohammed Mainoma was born in Lafia Nasarawa State on the 26^th of September 1965, He attended Dunama Primary School Lafia from 1971–1977 and proceeded to Government Secondary School Miango in Plateau State from 1977. He then attended School of Basic Studies (SBS) Zaria and proceeded for his degree programme where he bagged a B.Sc Accounting Degree in 1990. He has a Master’s of Science (M.Sc) in Accounting and Finance from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1992 after which he bagged a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Accounting in 2011. After lecturing at many Universities and Federal Institutions in the Federation, He is currently A Honourable Commissioner for Finance in Nasarawa State. Professor Mohammed Mainoma continues to contribute His wealth of knowledge to the growth and development of Marshal Star Security Services Limited as an active Executive Director. He was once an honourable commissioner for finance, Kaduna state and is presently the Vice Chancellor of Nassarawa State University, Keffi.
