How We Train Our Guards
We
maintain a very meticulous and standardize method of recruitment. Our employees
are thoroughly screened and vetted prior to their training on our Private
Security Officers (PSO)Training
Programme.
They
are further subjected to one Month intensive Training in camp to ascertain
their level of physical and mental fitness, then another Month of on-the-Job training exercise before deployment.

Training
of Operatives is done by Serving and Retired Military, Para Military and law
enforcement officers, also psychologist and physiologist are part of our
training process. Our syllabus covers mental alertness, psychology,
intelligence gathering, self defense, fire fighting, Counter terrorism training, light weapon handling and general security duties.
This
robust syllabus results to a highly qualified and motivated work force. Aside
from our highly motivating staff packages, we have policies that work. Random
site visits, Zero tolerance to absenteeism and strict disciplinary methods.
